Delivery to England and Wales and parts of Scotland is Free. Some remote regions incur delivery costs. Please see our delivery details page for details. Once packed and ready for dispatch we will email you a UPS Tracking Number.
In Stock Rugs (not custom or made to measure)
We only want you to keep a rug if you love it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rug you can return it within 14 days from when you receive the item. Simply call us or email details to start the return.
Return Shipping Costs
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning any goods to us. We are happy to help with the return and can send you packing materials. We can also arrange a return shipping quote via our preffered shipper, UPS. Simply call us or email and we will help.
